Dig to Attack Skills: This camp will break down two fundamentals of volleyball: defense and attacking. The primary focus is “out of system” volleyball. This means, the pass does not go directly to the setter. The two groups will work independently in the morning wave. Attackers focusing on keeping the ball high and in front of their hitting arm, while defense will focus on digging to a target and out of system setting.
